1949 – Cyclone Hudhud relief helpline is available free of cost to all Aircel customers throughout India.
Reliance and Airtel users in Andhra Pradesh can also dial 1949 (toll-free) for enquiring about the last known locations of their near ones.
The company provides the last known location of people based on the location of the user when his/her mobile was latched on to the network.
